Here is a picture of our behavior chart. Each day all students start off on green.
- Throughout the day as they show that they are meeting the BEAR Expectations they are given the opportunity to move their clip up the chart.
- If a student reaches the color purple, they receive a sticker on their clip.
- If they are not meeting the BEAR Expectations, they move their clip down.
- If a student reaches the color yellow, they are required to complete a reflection sheet where they think about their behaviors. After the reflection sheet is completed, the student and I discuss the inappropriate behaviors.
- If a student reaches the color orange, the reflection sheet will go home and needs to be signed by a parent. The students also receives a consequence chosen by the teacher.
- If a student reaches the color red, they receive an office referral and must then have a conversation with an administrator.
If you have any questions about your student's behavior, please email me.
